B.L.C.G.A. NEWS AND RESULTS 2006
RECORD PERFORMANCE BY GILL
County team regular, Gill Westgate, made a big hole in her handicap
last week when she equalled the Beds & County course record. Gill shot a 69, and
rumour has it there were two sixes on the card! [Editor's note - by my
calculations that's a whole aviary of birdies!] Well playedGill.

JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS:
As
always, the Junior Championship provided a treat for the spectators. The John

positions. Congratulations to Lizi Sweetnam of Leighton Buzzard, who managed to

drought? The juniors certainly didn't notice any drought as they battled their
